Privacy Policy

Profhilo London ("we", "us") is a website owned and run by the UNTIL group. It explains Profhilo treatment and forwards enquiries to UNTIL Health Concierge, who arrange an assessment with an independent practitioner at an UNTIL club. We give no treatment ourselves. What we receive: if you use the form at /price-and-availability, we receive your first and last name, your email address, a phone number if you add one, the areas you are interested in, your preferred UNTIL club, a convenient time to call, how you heard about the site, your confirmation that you are 18 or over, and any note you type. The form asks no health questions and asks you to leave medical history out.

Why we use it: to reply to you and nothing else. UNTIL Health Concierge contacts you, arranges an assessment at the club you picked and shares with that practitioner only what they need to see you. Your clinical record is held by the practitioner under their own privacy notice. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for marketing.

Where it is kept: each enquiry arrives at UNTIL by email and is stored in a Supabase database. We keep it for as long as it takes to answer you and arrange the assessment.

Your rights under UK GDPR: you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or erase it, ask us to limit how it is used, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Email james.morrissey@until.co.uk to use any of these rights.

Analytics: PostHog (EU region) runs only after you accept the consent banner. It records which pages are viewed and which buttons are pressed, and never the contents of the form.
