About Profhilo London

Profhilo London is owned and run by the UNTIL group, which operates four health and fitness clubs in London where independent practitioners hold clinic. The site explains Profhilo and forwards enquiries to UNTIL Health Concierge, who book the assessment. No one at Profhilo London injects anyone, no fee changes hands for a single enquiry, and the footer of every page states the connection.

Six practices list Profhilo on their own websites: five at UNTIL Marylebone, 1 Orchard Street, and two at UNTIL Soho, 111 Charing Cross Road, one doctor working from both. Four of them are doctor-led and two nurse-led. Every practice sets its own fees, clinic days and aftercare and answers for the care it gives. Ask for your practitioner’s registration and look them up on the GMC or NMC public register.

Prices on this site are the practitioners’ own published prices, read from their websites and shown as ranges with the date checked, most recently 13 October 2026. Treatment facts such as the dose, the ten injection points and the two-session course come from the maker’s own documents and from the practices that give it. Statements about how well it works cite peer-reviewed studies, with a note wherever the studies are small or the maker paid for them.

Most disappointment with Profhilo comes from using it for the wrong problem. It improves how skin looks and feels, its moisture, bounce and fine texture, and leaves structure alone. A hollow cheek, a deep tear trough, a heavy jowl or a sharp fold needs volume or support from another treatment. Telling the two apart is the most useful thing an assessment does, and a practitioner who says Profhilo is not for you is doing their job.

It will not lift sagging tissue, sharpen a jawline or fill a line set by movement. One session on its own does little: the standard course is two, about four weeks apart, the change builds for around eight weeks after the second, and it generally lasts about six months. It is an adult treatment, and this site is written for readers aged 18 and over.
